Around the world in different colleges and universities we can now hear people saying that Marxism is a theory that could be the answer to our trouble. When people point out that Marxism has been tried several times and never really ended well, these people will get an answer along the lines of “well, yes, but it has never REALLY been tried”, and then they talk about Marxism either not being applied radical enough, so not everyone being as devoted as they should have been, or pointing at certain people and saying that these people made the mistakes but the theory of Marxism itself would actually work well.
This will be an extensive study into all governments that have ever tried any form of Marxism or derived from Marxism. I will be looking at those governments and countries, group them in categories of what went wrong in each one of them, and prove per category that what went wrong happened because of the theories of Marx, quoting straight from the works of Marx and linking that to actual historical and documented events.
Not all countries or governments can of course receive all the attention they deserve, but since I am alone in this and also want to work towards an end product at some point, I will have to limit the amount of time I spend on each one.

My intention for this work is to have it published in sort of a hybrid way: Research done to an academic standard, but written in a way that anyone who can read English can understand what I am talking about. It is most likely that I will build a website in the coming months to share all this information on, instead of actually writing and publishing a book. This way other people can add to my work, and it can become a living and continuing platform of knowledge. But who knows: It may turn up in book form as well. We’ll see what the future brings.
This project, as you can imagine, will cost a lot of time and effort. To do this well, I will have to get in contact with historians, read books, research websites, speak to people who have lived or are living under a Marxist government, and so on and so forth. So, I am guessing it will take about 2 years for the total project to be done, in which I will devote at least 2 days per week to this project. However, since I will be publishing on a website, I plan to have the last article added in 2 years, but the first will probably arrive within a month from now. In reality, it will be a lot more time that will go into it, also because I have already devoted quite some time into this project in the past few years.
Now, to be sure that my family and I can actually devote the time this project needs to it, we’re going to need an income connected to this project.
I have made an estimate of my labour on it in hours, expenses on the website that needs to be built and maintained, materials I need to get for the research itself (a lot is readily and freely available online, but not everything is and I will need to buy some of it) and some extra expenses connected to this project. All in all, this project would cost me around € 100.000
Compared to other projects of comparable size and impact, this is actually a quite low amount. If you want to help finance this project, I will keep you up to date with every step.
